President's Message

             

          Stuffing! Stuffing! Stuffing! No, not turkey and dressing...Taste of The Holidays invitations are going out. Thank you Michelle DiGaetano for hosting our TOH Stuffing Party. We ate and stuffed...or was it stuffed and ate? Anyway, we got it done in a little over an hour...WOW!

           We will have our program meeting next Tuesday, September 27th. Please join me as we hear a riveting story about Neema House (a project we have sponsored in the past) from Dorris Fortson.

          If you don't have anything on your schedule for Saturday morning, head on over to Barbara Pearcy's (50 Stirrup, Morgan's Point) to make bookcases for Make A Difference Day. We'll be there from 8:30 - 12:30. If you can't stay the entire time, just come and help where you can. I have heard that kolaches, doughnuts, and coffee are on the menu for breakfast. angel Directions to Barbara's home (Google directions are not valid)

 

From Temple - come West on 2305 (Adams), Turn right  on 317 Travel to FM 2483 (at flashing light) turn left Proceed to Lake Forest (at water tower) turn right Go to stop sign and turn left on Stirrup Drive, proceed to 50 Stirrup If gate is closed call 598-9983
 
          Please do not forget to bring gently used (or new) preschool books, as well as books for women to our Program meeting in September or Board meeting and Business meeting in October, to be donated for this awesome room at Feed My Sheep.

          If you plan to go to Conference in April 2017, don't forget to make your hotel reservation. The reservations at the host hotel could go quickly!
