CHAPTER 17:

Hello Altrusans!

Happy Monday to all my Altrusa friends. I hope you get to get out and enjoy this beautiful weather and that this week is full of many blessings for each one of you.

I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday - we have a great meeting planned! We get to initiate a new member, have a new project to consider, and our program this month is on a project many of you have been involved in already - DAYS FOR GIRLS! If you have not already had the opportunity to learn about and be a part of this Altrusa project that is having an impact across the globe - you can be on Tuesday! Tuesday's program meeting will be hands on!  And for those who can, come early at 11, that's when things will get started. We plan to work all through the program meeting and even a bit after if needed. As always, come for what your schedule allows. We'd love to have everyone participate in this project this week!

A couple of announcements:
-Don't forget to register for District Conference and book your hotel room ASAP. It's going to be a great time that you won't want to miss. If you haven't been before and have questions about conference, please ask me or one of your sponsors! (Link to all things conference is below).

-Patsy Sulak sent an email yesterday about Altrusan of the Year nominations. This is an opportunity to honor one of our club members for their service to the club and to the community. Nominations are due to Patsy by 3/28. (nomination form is in documents below).

-Please continue spreading the word about scholarship opportunities! Deadline for applications is March 31st.   Applications may be found and submitted on our website at AltrusaTemple.org
