I  hope everyone has the Christmas spirit and getting all their shopping done. I am excited for our Christmas party this Tuesday night (I know Patsy & Sharon have planned a great evening), but first we will meet at noon for our December Business Meeting. (Below is attached the treasurer report and program minutes and will have copies of business minutes). This will be the only meeting in December-no program meeting.

We still have some projects in December----Bingo at the Senior Center & 'Give More Hugs', so we will need help with those projects and you can always go by and read to the children at Central Texas Children's Center or sign up for Reading with Ralph's Kids (we have some open spots to fill for the spring).

I want to wish everyone a Wonderful Christmas & Holiday Season if I do not see you this week. This club has brought so much joy to me and I love serving with Temple Altrusans----this club is the BEST! See below about District Conference in April---it is going to be a blast and I want everyone to go and show District Nine that the Temple Club ROCKS......

I will not send out a newsletter the next 2 weeks, but will start again at the end of December to get ready for the New Year.

The group that traveled to Mexico and were able to go participate in this project will have many stories to tell, but wanted to share a few pictures of the children & how great this day was for our club. We were able to read to the kids and even had some of the older children read to us. We had Altrusa Readers that were fabulous, and it was a special time to visit this place.

 

Here is new information on District Conference in April---we will have a great time,  so plan on attending!  More to come, but want everyone to know the time & place so you can 'save the date and make your hotel reservation.

 

One more thing.....The Hotel Block for Conference in April 2019 is open.
